Please advise us of your intended arrival time and if possible update us en-route. Check-in starts at 4pm but if we are ahead of schedule we will endeavour to let you know. Please ensure you plan your journey to arrive no later than 7pm.
When you arrive go through the signposted gate and wait in the car parking area. One of us will be along to show you to your safari tent. You can then drive down to the pond to unpack. We provide wheelbarrows for the short distance from the pond to the tents. We will be on hand to assist should you have any problems in unpacking and getting your possessions to your tent. We then ask that you park your car in our designated car parking area at the top of the site. Guests are requested to vacate their lodge by 10 am on the date of their departure.
If you cancel within 8 weeks of your arrival date we will endeavour to re-let your accommodation. If we are unable to do so, then we regret that we will be unable to refund any monies paid. Should you cancel prior to this date, we will refund any monies paid, less your deposit, or reschedule your stay for another date. An administration fee of £30 will be charged in this instance. We recommend that you have appropriate holiday insurance cover.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your holiday we shall inform you as soon as possible and refund all monies paid to us, by you, within 14 days of notifying you.
Day visitors are welcome. Please inform us of their arrival in advance so we can agree parking arrangements. We also need their contact details, should we, in the case of an emergency, need to know who is on site. All visitors must leave the site by 10pm.
