Arrival

Please advise us of your intended arrival time and if possible update us en-route. Check-in starts at 5pm but if we are ahead of schedule we will endeavour to let you know.

When you arrive stop at the first farm gate and give us a call or a good beep. One of us will be along to show you to your safari tent.  We provide wheelbarrows to take your possessions from the unloading area to the tents. We will be on hand to assist should you have any problems in unpacking and getting your belongings to your tent. Guests are requested to vacate their tent by 10.30 am on the date of their departure.

Cancellations

If you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date we will try to re-let your accommodation. If we are unable to do so, then we regret that we will be unable to refund any monies paid. Should you cancel prior to this date, we will refund any monies paid, less your deposit, or reschedule your stay for another date. An administration fee of £30 will be charged in this instance. We recommend that you have appropriate holiday insurance cover.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your holiday we shall inform you as soon as possible and reschedule your stay or refund balance monies paid to us, by you.

We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.

Day visitors are welcome. Please inform us of their arrival in advance so we can agree parking arrangements. We also need their contact details, should we, in the case of an emergency, need to know who is on site. All visitors must leave the site by 10pm.
